Our Walnut mooncakes have the fragrant lotus paste cocooned inside the buttery pastry , and with the ever delicious salted egg yoks within it all. This is topped off with generous portions of walnut baked with the mooncakes to a beautiful golden brown. You have to taste it to know how unbelievably good they are !
